n accordance with Article 130 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the seller is responsible towards the buyer for any lack of conformity found at the time of product delivery.
The seller is liable under the aforementioned article when the lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods.
The defect should be communicated to the seller at the email address assistenza@fabriksrl.com.


Complaint Procedure

To file a complaint, it is necessary to return the product to the retailer in the country of purchase. In order for the warranty to be valid, the complaint must be submitted within 8 (eight) days from the identification of the defect.
FABRIK s.r.l. reserves the right to verify whether the defect is covered by the warranty or not;
FABRIK s.r.l. reserves the right to discontinue the production of already sold products and to modify them without prior notice. It will not be obligated to incorporate new features into products already sold, even in the case of product return due to a warranty claim;
Following a complaint, the product must be returned to the retailer along with the following information:
– Name, address, telephone number, and email address of the claimant;
– Fiscal document attesting the place and date of purchase;
– Precise description of the defect;
– Description of the components used together with the claimed product;
– Statement of how the product should be treated if the warranty is not applicable. In the absence of specific instructions, the product will be kept available for 10 days and then disposed of.
FABRIK s.r.l. guarantees that its products and related components are free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the presence of non-conforming material, Fabrik ensures that the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case the original product is unavailable, FABRIK s.r.l. reserves the right to replace it with a similar product of equivalent value. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be extended to third parties.




Any disputes arising from the warranty conditions and the use of the product will be governed by Italian law and fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Urbino (PU), Italy.



The warranty does not apply when:
– The product is purchased from unauthorized retailers.
– The product lacks a fiscal document (receipt or invoice) attesting to the date and conditions of sale.
– The product is modified.
– Identification codes have been erased, abraded, or removed from the product.
– Defects are due to wear and tear or normal consumption of the product.
– Defects are due to non-compliance in the assembly or installation of components in each product, even by authorized retailers.
– Damages caused by improper use of the product, incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance, or any factors not constituting a manufacturing or assembly defect.
– Labor costs required for product removal or its non-use during the repair period.
– Damages due to customer negligence during product transportation.
